Kyle E. Lorenz, age 30, passed away on July 8, 2018. He was born on March 12, 1988 in Springfield. Kyle worked for the City of Springfield CDL driver and forestry division. He is predeceased by his father Arnold Lorenz. He leaves his mother Mary Ellen LaBarre and Kenneth Thorne of Chicopee; his sister Danielle LaBarre and fiancé TJ Gassnola of Ludlow and their children, Kyle’s niece and nephew, Gianna Gassnola and Dante Gassnola; his grandparents Theodore and Jennifer LaBarre; aunt and uncle Raymond and “Ginny” LaBarre. He is also survived by his best friends Aaron R. Perreault. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday July 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home followed by a Prayer Service at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in St Rose de Lima Cemetery.
