Corinne Virginia (Schechter) Woolf, 94, of Ojai, California passed away on July 6, 2018 at the Palms of Bonaventure in Ventura, CA. Corinne was born in Detroit, Michigan to Morris and Margaret Schechter. As a young girl, she worked with the USO entertaining our troops across the United States. She enjoyed entertaining, cooking and dancing. She was a successful real estate agent in both Los Angeles and Ventura counties. She belonged to the World of One cancer support group and donated to several animal charities. Corinne is survived by her grand nephew, Scott Krause of Northridge, CA and her three grand nieces; Cindy Thomas of Newhall, CA; Carla Winter of Walnut Creek, CA and Pamela Colton of Oceanside, CA. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Aaron Woolf; father Morris Schechter; mother Margaret Schechter; brother Thomas Schechter and sister-in-law, Dorothy Schechter. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Lynell Dubowy for being so much more than a caregiver, but our rock when we could not be there.
