Mee H. Woo of Newton, Mass. passed away July 8, 2018 at 85 years of age. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Loving wife to late Yuen Doc Woo. Devoted mother to Roy Woo of Forest Grove, Ore. and his wife Judy, Wendy Yuen of Brookline, Mass. and her husband Sam, Judy Ma of Brookline, Mass. and her husband, the late Leung Ma, Vivian Woo of West Roxbury, Mass. and her wife, Karen Carpenter, and Linda Leisinger of Newton, Mass. and her husband, Albert, and Stanley Woo of Plymouth, Mass. and his wife, Kim. She is also survived by seven adoring grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. An enduring provider and matriarch, she will be missed by the many individuals whose paths she inspired and lives she touched.
Visiting hours in The Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury on Monday July 16, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 17, at 1:15 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, loved ones of Mee Woo would greatly appreciate donations, in her memory, to Senior Programs at the West Roxbury Parkway YMCA, where Mee loved working out and seeing her many beloved friends.
