Ruby N. McNaught
Of Tewksbury
Ruby N. (Welch) McNaught, age 84, a member of the Tewksbury Senior Center, and past officer of the Tewksbury Golden Age Club, passed away at the Lowell General Hospital- Saints Campus on Tuesday, July 3, 2018.
She was the beloved wife of Paul C. McNaught.
Born in Clarksville, TN on February 24, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Hallie M. (Deason) Welch.
Ruby was the mother of Kathy L. Sweeney and her husband James of Rochester, NH, Paula “Crickett” O’Donnell and her late husband Kevin of Methuen, Kevin D. McNaught of Tyngsborough, and the late Paul C. McNaught, Jr. and Pamela J. Bourque. Sister of Maybelle Carpenter and her husband Ernie, Ross Welch and his wife Jan all of Clarksville, TN, and the late William Welch. She leaves many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Ruby enjoyed embroidering and donated many of her finish projects to local charities.
Calling hours are Monday, July 9, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury, immediately followed by a graveside service to be held at Tewksbury Cemetery.
