Joseph D. Luchini 57, of Franklin, died suddenly, Tuesday July 3, 2018 at Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Regina M. (Brooks) Luchini, with whom he shared 28 years of marriage.
Born January 12, 1961 in Quincy, a son of Elaine M. (Colella) Luchini of Quincy and the late Guido L. Luchini, Quincy Police Dept he was a former resident of Quincy before moving to Franklin 29 years ago.
Joe was raised and educated in Quincy and was a graduate of Northeastern University, where he received his BSEE & MBA. Joe was working for Eversource as Vice President, Substation Operations and Field Engineering/Communications.
Joe passion in life was his family; he was devoted to his wife and girls. He enjoyed fishing, boating, football, hockey, spending time in Wareham and anything to do with cars and trucks.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by 2 daughters, Christina M. Luchini and Elizabeth A. Luchini both of Franklin, a brother John F. Luchini and his wife Elaine R. (Cohen) Luchini of Quincy, a nephew Donald F. Luchini and numerous extended family members and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass Wednesday July 11th, in St. Jude Church 86 Main St. Norfolk, MA at 10AM. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Franklin.
