Judy "Juju" Marks died unexpectedly and peacefully in Ventura, CA on June 28, 2018 at the young age of 50.
Judy is survived by her four boys: Gary Flynn, Stephen Reid, Andrew Wilson and Gunner Root. Brothers: Tommy Marks, Brannon Marks, Sister in Law: Carmen Marks. Cousins: Sheila Ikeda, Ladonna Ruiz and numerous nieces
and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother Judy Marks who left this earth in 1988, her second mom and dad Glenda Stephens and Harold Stephens, Darla L. Magdalano, and Arnold Ikeda Jr.
Judy was born on April 22, 1968 in Ventura, CA to her wonderful mother Judy Marks. For those people that knew "Juju", they would always say she was the sweetest soul, and it did not matter what was wrong as she always wanted to help where she could and she impacted positively on everyone in some way. She loved spending time at the beach searching for beach glass, taking long bike rides and just feeling the ocean breeze, she was truly a free spirit and a rare
soul. Her four boys meant the world to her and she was so proud of every single one of them. Her lifelong family friends Jody Lee and Roy Springer who she loved dearly.
Family and friends are invited to Funeral Services to be held on Saturday, July 14 at 1:00pm in the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main Street Ventura. Interment will immediately follow in Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, 5400 Valentine Road Ventura. After the burial we invite friends and family to meet at the beach for a gathering at Marina Park (Pierpont Blvd), in celebration of Juju's life. In lieu of flowers, you can donate to Judy's Funeral on Go Fund Me or send donations to Roy Springer at Avenue Tire at 617 N Ventura Ave. To everyone that has helped and has touched Judy's life, we are so thankful and appreciative. If Judy were able to see the impact she had on so many she would be overwhelmed with the support and kindness and would send off a BIG HUG and a SMILE to everyone to say she is just fine.
