Mrs Irmgard Sorensen age 88 passed away on Thursday June 28, 2018 in Camarillo, California. Irmgard was born on December 28, 1929 to Josef and Margarete Krauter In Budenheim, Germany.
Irmgard married Fred Sorensen in 1950 and were married for 49 years until his passing in 1999. Irmgard loved to travel and go camping in Yosemite and Yellowstone National Parks. She traveled to Canada, Alaska and Europe. Irmgard was a fabulous cook and baker.
She loved gardening and everything she planted flourished and bloomed beautifully. Everything she did in life was with full heart and soul. She was a very kind and compassionate person who loved our dog and 2 cats dearly.She is survived by her daughter Karin Martin, son Helmut Sorensen and his wife Mary, Grandchildren Heather Martin and James Martin, Emily and Annika Sorensen.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Fred Sorensen,
And her brother Helmut Krauter. As well as her parents Josef and Margarete Krauter.
Memorial services will be held at a later date at Yosemite National Park
