SEWARD SR, David W., 88, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018, with his loving family by his side.
Mr. Seward had retired from General Electric where he was a shop steward. He was an Army Veteran of Korea and a member of St. Edward’s Church. He was also a member of Local #761 and a Kentucky Colonel.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Anna Rose Seward; daughter, Karen Brown; and grandson, Jimbo Newton.
Mr. Seward is survived by his children, Brenda Mattingly (Jerry), David Seward, Jr., Joyce Ball, Debbie Powell (Dean), and Rosie Seward; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 14 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 11am-8pm Sunday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road. Funeral service will be 11am Monday at the funeral home, followed by interment at Resthaven Memorial Park.
