Mildred Frances Easters Branch, 92, of Tifton passed away Monday, June 25, 2018, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Dana Swain officiating. Mrs. Branch will be laid to rest at Enigma Cemetery with the Rev. Billy Swain officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 30, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Born December 15, 1925 in Enigma, Mrs. Branch was the daughter of the late Johnathon Andrew Easters and Nona Cook Easters. She was also preceded in death by one grandchild, Michael Shone Ussery; three brothers; and three sisters. Before retiring, she worked as a school crossing guard and was a member of Tift Avenue Church of God.
Mrs. Branch is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and William “Billy” Ussery Sr. of Knoxville, Tennessee; two grandchildren and their spouses, Derry Breeden and William “Billy” Jr. and Tammy Ussery; and five great-grandchildren and their spouses, Ashley and Brandan Perry, Tesha and Logan Ogle, Krista and Matthew Grooms, Tripp Ussery and Joe Ussery; and six great-great grandchildren.
