Nila Irene "Rene" Evans, 88, of Anderson, died June 21, 2018 at her home following an extended illness.
She was born on June 23, 1929 in Anderson, the daughter of Arthur and Elsie (Everett) Robbins. She was a homemaker
She is survived by her son, Randy Evans of Anderson; grandchildren, Angela (Jason) Smith and David C. (Tara) Evans, great grandchildren, Logan and Landon Smith and Dylan C. and MacKenzey Evans; a brother, Larry W. Robbins of Anderson, and sister, Deloris (Leo) Landwerlen of Danville, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Evans and 5 sisters and 3 brothers.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 2PM at Rozelle- Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson. Friends may visit with the family from Noon until the time of the service on Monday.
