Jeffrey Souza, 53, of Westport, unexpectedly passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was born in Fall River, son of the late Roland D. "Butch" Souza, Sr. and the late Beverly A. (Ribeiro) Souza.
Survivors include his 2 daughters: Tara E. Lagoa and her husband Paul of Walpole and Taylor M. Souza of Westport; his brother: Roland D. "Butchie" Souza, Jr. and his wife Cheryl of Westport; his sister: Debbi A. Souza-Sylvain and her husband John of Westport; paternal grandfather: Antone "Tony" Souza of Westport; and 2 nephews: Cameron Souza and Matthew Souza.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, June 29, 2018 at the Potter Funeral Home at 6:30 P.M.
Memorial visitation will be Friday, June 29, 2018 from 4-6:30 P.M., prior to the service.
Interment will be private and held at a later date.
