Claire V. (Wilson) Richards, 92, of Natick died Sunday, June 17,, 2018. Beloved wife of the late George C. Richards. Devoted mother of Jim of Millis, Bob and his wife Hindy of Falmouth, Kevin and his wife Diane of Campton, N.H., Dave and his wife Valerie of Tampa, FL, Bernadette Dumas and her husband Paul of New Port Richey, FL, Joe and his wife Sue of Pensacola, FL, and Marianne Conboy and her husband Daniel of Easton. Loving grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She was predeceased by her parents James and Clara Wilson, sisters Marjorie Tavalone of Franklin, Marie Godin of Franklin and her brother James Wilson II of Newport, RI, and many nieces and nephews.
She was born in Medford, MA and went to Franklin High School. She graduated from the Framingham Union Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a Pediatric Nurse at Framingham Union Hospital until her retirement.
She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her children, grandchildren and many wonderful friends. She was also a daily communicant at St. Linus parish before her illness.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, June 21st at 10:00 in St. Linus Church, 119 Hartford Street, Natick, MA 01760. Interment in Edgell Grove Cemetery, 53 Grove Street, Framingham, MA 01701 will follow.
Visiting hours will be held at John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, Natick, MA 01760 on Wednesday, June 20th from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.
