Evans, GA - Shiane Jones (Fought), passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 2, 2018. She was born on June 8, 1996 in Laramie, Wyoming to Ross (Michelle) Fought of Bowling Green, Ohio and Summer (Kevin) Tanquary of Evans, Georgia. They survive along with her husband Gavin Jones and daughter Madelyn.
Shiane has a large extended family that survives including two maternal siblings, Skylar Tanquary and Adam Tanquary, four paternal siblings, Jessica (Brandon) Dugan, Shelby (Marwan) Keel, Haylee Keel and Cody Savidge, maternal grandparents Dee and Jeannie Hines, maternal great grandparents Jack and Amy Schlaman, paternal grandparents Randall and Patti Fought, paternal great grandmother Zella Fought, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by hundreds if not thousands of people that she touched in her short time on this earth.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Rd. Chapel.
