LORI MICHELLE ELSEY RUFFALO, passed away suddenly on June 1, 2018. Our Heavenly Father has called her home to Him and His wondrous Son, Jesus Christ, our blessed Savior. Lori is survived by her children: Jonathan Ruffalo and Michelle Ruffalo; three grandchildren: Gavin Ruffalo, Jaxon Ruffalo, and Madison Briggs, the loves of her life; her parents: William and Judy Elsey; two sisters: Marcy Bruce and Kristi Elsey; her Grandfather: Ed Walker; one niece: Morgan Bruce; brother-in-law: Matthew Bruce; ex-husband: Randy Ruffalo; uncle: Steven Walker; cousins: Cynde Kaniski, Kimberly Waddell, Kenneth Waddell, Ashlen Dougherty, Matthew Henderson, Christopher Walker, Nicolas Walker, Dawn Hessmiller, and Rachel Henderson. Lori was preceded in death by her grandparents: Beatrice Walker, Arthur Elsey, and Isabel Elsey; great grandparents: Albert and Ida Walker and Robert and Isa Waddell; and uncle, John Bruce. She also is survived by many additional family and friends. Everyone who knew Lori will miss her intelligence, laughter, humor, and bright smile and silly jokes she had to always explain to her mom, Judy. Lori was born at Ojai Valley Hospital and attended Ojai Schools. Services for Lori will be a private family service. Her children are planning a celebration of Lori’s life on Sunday, June 10, 2018. Lori, you were our first child and we love you with every fiber of our being. Shine bright in the sky and I am sure you will be tracking the unidentifiable objects floating in our glorious universe. When it is our turn to leave here, I know you will be waiting with a big smile and open arms. All our love to our dear daughter.
