Bobbie Luke McGrady, 74, of Kenneth City, Florida, formerly of Alapaha, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018, at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. A funeral service and visitation will be held for Mrs. McGrady Wednesday, June 6, 2018, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Holloway Funeral Home in Oldsmar, Florida. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 8, 2018, at Tift Memorial Gardens, where she will be laid to rest. The Rev. Rickey Wells will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday, June 8, 2018, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Born October 20, 1943 in Berrien County, Mrs. McGrady was the daughter of the late Pearlie Luke and Rosalee Jowers Luke. She was also preceded in death by one son, Thomas Derrell McGrady, who passed away at eight months old; two brothers, Glenwood Luke and Winston Luke; and one sister, Alstine Swails.
Mrs. McGrady is survived by her husband, Thomas McGrady of Kenneth City, Florida, formerly of Alapaha; two daughters, Bobbie Cherryl Clark of Kentucky and Sheila Alstine Martin of Florida; one sister, Barbara Rose of Tifton; two grandchildren, Blane Badillo and Kayla Buchert and four great-grandchildren, Aryanna, Bryanna, Jordan and Scarlett.
