Steffie T. Milewicz, 97, of Arthur Street, Cranston, died Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Kent County Hospital in Warwick. She was the widow of Frederick Milewicz.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Victoria (Taberewiski) Dusza. She had lived in Cranston for the past 3 1/2 years and had previously lived in Johnston. She loved animals and crocheting.
She is survived by her daughters: Joan Mesrobian of Providence and Frances Giuliano of Smithfield, her three grandchildren: Nourhan Sharif of Bethlehem, PA, Candace Betz of Cranston and Renato Rapa of Cranston, her great grandchildren: Shafiq Sharif, Lisa and Anthony DaCosta and Brian Silva. She was the mother of the late Gloria Petrucci and Gene Betz.
Her funeral service will be held Friday June 8th at 12:30pm at the RI Veteran’s Cemetery, 301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822. Visitation Thursday June 7th from 5-7 pm at the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville.
On Saturday June 9th there will be a Celebration of Life at Budlong Manor Community Room, 100 Arthur St in Cranston from 4-6 pm. All are welcome.
