Claudia B. (Decker) Walton, 83, of New Bedford died June 1, 2018 peacefully at home.
She was the wife of the late Paul Walton.
Born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Claude and Blanche (Murdock) Decker, she lived in New Bedford most of her life.
Mrs. Walton was formerly employed by Raytheon and Pierce Garment prior to raising her family.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing games and the company of her cat Friskie.
Survivors include her 2 daughters, Debra Duggan and Cathy L'Heureux and her husband Ed, all of New Bedford; 4 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 5th at 11 AM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford. Her family will receive guests from 10 - 11 AM prior to her service. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours are omitted.
