Joseph F. Nowell, age 67 of Brockton died Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Charlotte Nowell. Joe was a lifelong resident of Brockton, a son of the late Charles and Darthea (Sargent) Nowell. He attended Brockton schools and was a 1969 graduate of Brockton High School. Joe loved to socialize, listen to the police scanner and ride his bike around Brockton. He was an avid Elvis fan and enjoyed watching movies and his cats.
Joe was the brother of Charles Nowell, Jr. of Utah, Rita Souza of Brockton, Pauline Weiner of Mansfield, his twin brother John Nowell of Brockton, Caroline Kenswil of Wareham and the late Mary Johnson and Kevin Nowell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins and his aunt Mary Donovan of Brockton.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St. (rte.123) Brockton on Saturday June 2, 2018 from 10-11am.
