F. Lorraine Rogers of Medford died on Tuesday, May 29, at Massachusetts General Hospital. A lifelong Medford resident, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Frances (Chencholo) Capra.
Lorraine was the beloved wife of the late Arthur F. Rogers Sr., and the devoted mother of Arthur F. Rogers Jr. and wife Patricia of Wakefield, Mark Rogers and wife Suzanne of Belmont, NH, Gail Rogers of Medford, and the late Robert Rogers. She was the loving grandmother of Karin D'Angelo and husband John, Lori Rogers, Arthur Rogers III, Lisa Locke and husband Charles, Lindsay Hill and husband Peter, Christine Glover and husband Steven, Robert Rogers Jr., Ronald Rogers, and Amelia, Adam and Meghan Duffy. Lorraine was the loving great grandmother of Zachary D'Angelo, Joseph and Joshua Locke, Cameron, Michael and Lilly Hill, Austin Glover, Giuliana and Jayven Murphy, and the dear sister of 11 late siblings.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St.,Medford on Saturday, June 2 at 10:30 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 11:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting hours Friday, June 1, from 4 through 8 PM.
