Anthony Ralph DiPietro, Esq. of Lynnfield died on Tuesday, May 29. Born and raised in Boston's North End, he was the son of the late Anthony and Ilda (Fusco) DiPietro. Anthony lived for many years in Malden before settling in Lynnfield in 1987.
Anthony was the beloved husband of Emily (Mercandetti) DiPietro of Lynnfield, and the devoted father of Lucille of Las Vegas. He was an attorney and served as the First Assistant Clerk Magistrate of Malden District Court.
A funeral service will be held from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Saturday, June 2, at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden. Visiting hours Friday, June 1, from 4 through 8 PM.
