Ruth M. Parla (Brown) of Jamaica Plain, formerly of Newburyport, passed away on May 22, 2018. Wife of the late Carmello Parla. Mother of Ralph Parla of Tewksbury, Patricia (Costigan) Parla and Robert Parla both of Jamaica Plain, the late Leo "Sonny" Parla, Carol Hankins and Charles Parla. Sister of Alice Kibbi of Amherst, the late Harry, Marjorie, Rina, May, Frankie and Freddie. Also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday May 26 from 10 am until 11 am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
