Sarah ‘Sally’ B. Holbrook, 79, of Londonderry, NH, died Thursday, May 17, 2018, at Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH. She was born in Medford, MA on March 2, 1939; daughter to Charles and Alice (Miller) Bagley. Sally loved sewing, quilting and knitting; was an avid Patriots fan and loved her cat Petunia dearly. She was known for her homemade cookies and for her love of singing in the choir at Central Congregational Church.
She is survived by daughter Jennifer Duquette and her husband Steve; son, David Holbrook and his wife Monica; daughter Deborah Holbrook; five grandchildren: Daniel Holbrook, Kimberly Duquette, Stephanie Brown, Brian Holbrook and Emily Pulizotto; three great-grandchildren: Caroline Holbrook, Matthias Holbrook and Bailey Reichl; as well as her sister Elizabeth Bagley and many nieces and nephews. Sarah is predeceased by two brothers, Charles Bagley, Jr. and Frank Bagley, as well as one sister, Emma Hall.
Following cremation, a celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 12:00pm at Central Congregational Church, 14 Crescent St., Derry, NH. The family requested that guests wear colorful clothing to help them honor Sally’s life with joy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Caregivers of Greater Derry.
