Dennis Lee Keesling, 68, of Anderson died May 15, 2018 at his residence after an extended illness.
He was born July 25, 1949 in Anderson. He worked production and maintenance at Delco Remy 30 years before retiring. He was a member of AMVETS and had many lifelong friends.
He is survived by his mother, Vera (Page) Wilson of Anderson; his son, Derrick Keesling and Travis Calloway; grandson, Colton Keesling; three brothers and a sister: Robert (Julie) Keesling of Norfolk, VA; Jack Keesling of Anderson, Anita (David) Hannaford of Anderson and Mike (Carol) Wilson of Albuquerque, NM; special friend, Mary Jane Smock and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Keesling; father Jack Keesling, stepfather, Jerry Wilson and brother Brent Keesling.
Service Friday 3 p.m. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Ned Clark officiating. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society.
