Elizabeth M. O'Connor, 87, of Our Lady's Haven, Fairhaven, formerly of Park St., New Bedford, died Sunday June 16, 2002 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the daughter of the late John J. and Ellen G. (Barry) O'Connor.
Miss O'Connor was born in Providence, Rhode Island, and had lived in New Bedford from 1922 to 1997 when she moved to Our Lady's Haven in Fairhaven. She was a graduate of Holy Family High School, class of 1933.
She was a communicant of St. Lawrence Church.
She was a member of the Catholic Women's Club and the Guard of Honor Society of St. Lawrence Church.
Survivors include her good friend and caretaker, Natalie Park Prefontaine, of New Bedford, and her family.She was the sister of the late Helen G. O'Connor.
