WORCESTER-Grace D. (Flynn) Arey, 80, of 1050 Main Street died Sunday, November 13th in St. Mary Healthcare. Her husband, Walter R. “Bob” Arey died in 1984. She leaves her sister-in-law; Ruth E. Flynn, a niece; Kathleen Dowd, 4 nephews; Michael Flynn, Edward Flynn III, Steven Flynn and Anthony Falvey, her companion; Stephen Cavalieri, great nephews and nieces. Her sister; Marjorie Falvey and brother, Edward R. Flynn, Jr. predeceased her.
She was born and raised in Worcester the daughter of Edward R. and Alice D. (Aldrin) Flynn and lived in Texas for many years with her husband. Grace was a caregiver to her sister, grandmother, husband, father and mother during their illnesses. She was fun to be around and was happiest at the ocean. She was loved and will be missed.
At Grace’s request their will be no services or calling hours. After cremation burial will will be in Worcester County Memorial Park. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue is directing arrangements.
