Richard Michael Sacco, Jr. of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, formerly of Medford, died on April 30. Born and raised in Medford, he was the son of Richard M. Sacco, Sr. and the late Ann (Ballero) Sacco. Richard was an avid fan of Cher and loved playing with his grandson.
Richard was the beloved husband of Maria Marotta, and the devoted father of Elijah Sacco and Jade Sacco, all of Port Saint Lucie, Florida. He was the loving grandfather of Andrew Sacco, and dear brother of Sandra Donofrio and her husband Ralph of Lynn, William Sacco, and Robert Ballero and his wife Denize, all of Georgia. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford, at 11:30 AM on Friday, May 18. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with family at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, from 9 AM through 11 AM prior to the service, and join a procession to the cemetery.
