Joan A. (Sutcliffe) Tripp, 77, of Fall River passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Somerset Ridge Center. She was the wife of Randall Tripp.
Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Lawrence and Jennie (Camuso) Sutcliffe. Prior to retirement, she worked for Fall River Public Schools. Mrs. Tripp was an avid Boston Red Sox fan, she enjoyed knitting and making crafts, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Including her husband, survivors include a son: Randall Tripp, Jr. of Rehoboth and his companion Andrea Porter; 4 daughters: Donna Aguiar of Westport and her fiancé Richard Arruda, Debbie Pacheco and her husband Glenn of Fall River, Darlene Cordeiro and her husband Sergio of Fall River and Denise Tripp of Fall River and her fiancé Derek Barroso; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was sister of the late Lawrence Sutcliffe.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, May 11, 2018 at the Potter Funeral Home at 7:30 PM.
Visitation will be Friday from 5 - 7:30 PM prior to the service.
Interment will be private.
