BUXTON- Kenneth W. Garnett, age 81, passed away on May 6, 2018 at his home in Buxton.
He was born in Portland on Jan. 8, 1937.
He attended Portland and East Machias schools and graduated from Portland High School.
Through out his life, Kenneth worked as a carpenter.
He enjoyed carpentry, reading, playing Texas Hold’em, and going to camp in Naples.
He was a 10 + year member of the Bar Mills Rescue.
Kenneth is predeceased by his parents- Kenneth and Polly King; and siblings- William, Thomas, Bruce, David, and Donny.
He is survived by his beloved wife- Teresa (Sanborn) Garnett of Buxton; children- Sherry Elliott of Porter, Wayne Garnett of Limington; and Jennifer Schulze of Wisconsin; five granddaughters; and 2 great great grandsons.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 12 at 3 PM at Highland Cemetery, Church Hill Road in Buxton.
