Earl G. Poyerd, 75, of 435 High Street, Mystic, died Sunday at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
He was the husband of Myrtle C. (Burgess) Poyerd.
Mr. Poyerd was employed as a barber for many years prior to his retirement.
A Private Graveside Service will be conducted at Elm Grove Cemetery on Wednesday. There are no visiting hours.
