Robert E. Grassia, age 63, retired Verizon Engineer, passed away May 1, 2018.
Beloved husband of Karen M. (Ferrante). Loving father of Alexandra E. Kasprzak and her husband Steve of Tewksbury. Grandfather of Mila Lorraine and Lucy Elizabeth Kasprzak.
Son of the late Silvio R. and Mary E. (Aylward) Grassia.
Brother of Michael J. Grassia of Somerville, Mary (Grassia) Magliozzi and her husband Paul of Winthrop, and Kathleen (Grassia) Sullivan and her husband John L. of Somerville. He also leaves many beloved extended family members and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet at St. Williams Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury on Wednesday, May 9, at 10 a.m. for his Funeral Mass. At the request of the family there are No Calling Hours. Interment at Tewksbury Cemetery will be held at a later date. Please Omit Flowers. Donations in Bobby’s memory may be made online to Foundation 5, (a veterans support organization)at www.honorable.net or to the MSPCA-Nevins Farm at www.mspca.org. The two organizations that Bobby was most passionate in supporting.
