Jacquelyn L. Perry (30) of Brockton died May 1st unexpectedly in an automobile accident in Wareham.
She was born in Stoughton daughter of Christine A. Perry of Brockton. Jacquelyn worked as a patient care assistant. She loved music, life and spending time with her friends.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her son Antonio J. Smith of Brockton, a daughter Angelynette Carrasquillo of Brockton and also her significant other Phillip Kersey (Unc) of Brockton.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Wednesday May 9th from 5-9 pm. Cremation to follow.
