Carlixta Torres, age 84, of Jamaica Plain, formerly of La Vega, Dominican Republic, died on May 2, 2018. Visiting hours will be held at St. Mary of the Angels Church 2056 Columbus Ave. Roxbury on Friday May 4 from 5 pm until 7 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 7 PM. Arrangements are being made for her transportation back to Dominican Republic for funeral and burial services there.
