William D. White Jr., 75, of Whitman, passed away on May 2 at Sachem Center after a long struggle with cancer.
He worked as a welder for over 20 years at Baker Brothers in Stoughton. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycles that he rebuilt himself.
Bill is the father of Pamela Viveiros of Conn, Nicole White of Brockton, Billy Fuller and his wife Kerri of Bridgewater and Bobby Fuller. He is also survived by his two grandchildren Madison and Michael Viveiros.
Bill will also be greatly missed by his significant other Lorraine Drosos of Whitman; her children Diane Dorr of Bridgewater and significant other Tony Monaco of Weymouth, followed by Diane’s daughters Kerri Ledger, Tammy Derocha, Lisa Drosos and husband Timothy Lunnin and son Timothy. Rosemarie and Kenneth Robertson of Whitman with their children Kenny, Jason, William, Maurice and Chris; their grandchildren Matthew, Mike, Myles, Zackary, Abby, Maya and Kevin. William Drosos of Rockland, his son William and grandsons William, Jacob and Decon. Bill is predeceased by Lorraine’s grandson Scott Drosos.
His funeral service will be held Sunday May 6 at 5:00 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street, Whitman. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 2:00-5:00 PM.
