Olga (Baveas) Hodziewich, 89, of New Bedford died May 1, 2018 after a period of declining health surrounded by her loving family.
She was the wife of Felix P. Hodziewich.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late John and Elfrieda (Lisec) Baveas, she lived in New Bedford most of her life.
She was a communicant of St. James Church.
Mrs. Hodziewich was a 1947 graduate of New Bedford High School. She enjoyed cooking, but her greatest love was taking care of and being with her family.
Survivors include her husband; 2 sons, Bruce Hodziewich and his wife Janet of Rochester, and Tom Hodziewich and his wife Brenda of Acushnet; a daughter, Gail Rebello of Fairhaven; 7 grandchildren, Andrew, James, Jon, Katie, Kirstyn, Cameron and Alexa; 3 great-grandchildren, Norah, Nolan and Gabriella; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Ethel B. Fielding, John Baveas, James Baveas, Deanna Barker and Helen Darling.
Her Funeral Services were private.
