Frances A. Devlin (73) of Brockton died April 28th in Brockton Hospital. She was the wife of George P. Devlin Sr.
She was born in Brockton daughter of the late Frederick and Anna R. (Frawley) Newton and was a graduate of Brockton High School. She was a building service worker at Brockton Hospital for many years. Frances was a communicant of St. Edith Stein Church, loved to play bingo, read, socialize with family and friends. She also was a loyal John Dever fan.
In addition to her husband she is survived by 4 sons, Richard R. Pierce and wife Cindy Vacka, Michael H. Pierce, David A. Pierce and George P. Devlin Jr. and wife Kristie all of Brockton, 3 daughters, Carol Ann Newton and Anne Rose Bullock and husband Rubin all of Brockton, and Cheryl Ann Grey and husband John of Fall River, (also mother of the late Darlene Marie Pierce), her extended son Wayne and wife Jeannie Paciocco of Mashpee, many grand and 3 great grandchildren, dear friend of 65 years to Sandra and Tony Ramon of Brockton.
Following Cremation services will be held at the convenience of the family.
