BERKLEY – Irene (Rodrigues Cabral) Medeiros, age 91 of Berkley, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Antone Medeiros and the daughter of the late Anibal & Mary (Costa) Cabral. Prior to retiring, Irene worked as a Seamstress for Kay Windsor Co. She was also a member, along with her husband, of the Southcoast Antique Auto Club.
She is survived by her daughter: Alice Medeiros (husband George) of Berkley, her granddaughter: Elizabeth Medeiros Barrington (husband Glenn), and her two great grandchildren: Daniel & Alyssa Barrington, several nieces & nephews. She was also the sister of the late Irene & Alice Rogers.
Irene’s funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 5th with a visitation from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. with a service to follow in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St. Fall River. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. www.rogersfuneral.com
