Maurice Cleary, 87, of Stonehedge Drive, Greenville, died Saturday, April 28, 2018 at St. Antoine Residence in North Smithfield.
Born in Tipperary, Ireland, he immigrated to the United States in 1960. Maurice was a 1990 graduate of Holy Apostle College in Cromwell, CT.
He worked in Quality Control before his retirement. He was a devoted Catholic and a faithful communicant of St. Philip Church in Greenville.
He is survived by his nieces: Maeve Thurston and Deirdre Burton.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 10:30am from the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary’s Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visitation Wednesday morning 10- 10:30 am.
