On April 22, 2018 John M. “Jack” Holmes, Sr. beloved husband of the late Rita J. Holmes and devoted father of Jack Holmes, Jr and his wife Vicki, and the late Dianne Holmes. Loving grandfather of Will Holmes. Also survived by other loving family and friends.

Interment in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
