PARSONSFIELD- Norman E. Burnell, age 95, passed away on April 24, 2018 at Mountainview Nursing Home in Ossipee, NH.
He was born in West Baldwin on Feb. 25, 1923, a son of the late John and Neva (Evans) Burnell and attended school in West Baldwin.
Norman was employed as a textile worker until his retirement.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and being with his family.
He is predeceased by his wife- Arline (Smith) Burnell; and his siblings- Blanche Smith and Alton Burnell.
Norman is survived by his children- Alton Burnell and his wife Laurie and Donna Webster and her husband Richard; three grandchildren- Michael Burnell, Andrea Ela, and Kristi Burnell; three step grandchildren- Scott Webster and his wife Laurel, Michele Carter, and Kelly Ewald; eight great grandchildren; six step great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private at Riverside Cemetery in Cornish.
