Edward Mulvihill, age 68, passed away on April 19, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was a son of the late John & Edith (Polverini) Mulvihill. Edward worked as a splicer for New England Telephone/Verizon before retiring in 2004. He was also a Melha Shriner with the Auto Show for over 30 years. He loved the Yankees, cars, & his devoted dog Cookie. He is predeceased by his wife Bernice Mildred (Dwight) Mulvihill who passed away in 2016 & daughter Laurie Dwight-Beliveau who passed in 2015. He leaves daughter Brenda Huerta & her husband Don, of Chicopee; son Tori F. Dwight, of Chicopee; son-in-law David Beliveau, of Westfield; brother Martin Mulvihill, of Feeding Hills; sister Kathleen Lewis, of Bradenton, FL; 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and 6 nieces & nephews. Calling hours will be held the morning of the funeral, Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. in the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. An in-house Prayer Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in St Jerome Cemetery, Holyoke.
