Jonathan P. Parker, age 27, of Dighton, formerly of Mansfield passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018.
Born in Stoughton, MA on March 10, 1991, he was a loving son of John C. and Betty C. (Zine) Parker of North Attleboro.
Jon grew up in Mansfield and was a 2009 graduate of Mansfield High School. He had most recently been working as a landscaper for Green Care Landscaping in Rehoboth and previously been employed as a roofer and painter.
A resident of Mansfield for most of his life, he had attended St. Mary’s Church in Mansfield with his family. He treasured the times spent with family and friends, especially with his daughter whom he loved dearly. Jon was also an avid sports fan and enjoyed fishing.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his adoring daughter Isabella S. Parker. He was the dear boyfriend of Tina Marquis and her children Cam and Ava of Dighton. He was the brother of Curtis Parker and his wife Theresa of Brockton and Gregory Parker of Stoughton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
His funeral service, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Saturday, April 21st at 11:00 A.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main St., Mansfield. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, April 20th from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home.
