Antoinette J. (Hoffman) Todd 77, of Franklin, died peacefully, at her home, Thursday April 12, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late James C. Todd, who died in 2004.
Born July 10, 1940 in Boston, a daughter of the late Charles F. and Josephine M. (Vasquez) Hoffman, she was a resident of Franklin, since 1977.
Antoinette was raised and educated in Dorchester, and worked for Holmes Transportation as a school bus driver for the Town of Wrentham for over 30 years.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, boating, the beaches of Cuttyhunk Island, shopping, all animals and sitting down to a good meal.
She was a longtime communicant of St. Mary’s Church, Franklin and St. Mary’s, Church, Wrentham, and the Franklin VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Antoinette is survived by her children, Patricia M. Loonie and her husband William of Bellingham, Charles S. “Chuck” Todd and his wife Kim of Hudson and Linda A. Sherman and her husband Gary of Medfield.
Also surviving are her cherished grandchildren, Andrew, Trevor, Ruby, Max, Alex, James and her great grandson, Jaxson.
She was the sister of the late Charles F. Hoffman.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Monday April 16th, at 9:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Franklin at 10AM.
Interment will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
Calling hours are Sunday from 2-6PM.
