Survived by children Maurice (Celeste), Nicholas (Emily), & Charles (Erin); fur-children Benson & Melvin; former spouse Timothy, 9 grandchildren; mother Patricia "Dubie" Kostelnik; stepmother Mary Kostelnik; siblings Jeffrey (Deb) Kostelnik, Bradley (Stacy) Kostelnik, & Jill (Jack) Burke; many nieces and nephews, & many other family and friends. Visitation Monday (4/16) 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM with Celebration of Life 11:00 AM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the MN Adult and Teen Challenge preferred.
