Brad Allen Thompson, 30, of Valdosta, Georgia, died Saturday, April 7, 2018, at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, with the Rev. Randy McDuffie officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Monday evening at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Brad was born April 1, 1988, in Albany, Georgia to Denise Dixon Fuller and Allen Thompson. He was a graduate of Valdosta High School. Brad loved music and loved to dance. He loved to go to the park and enjoyed being outdoors.
He is survived by his mother, Denise Dixon Fuller of Dublin; his father, Allen (Kim) Thompson of Abbeville; siblings: Emily Ott of Dublin, Jonathan Thomas Fuller of Dublin, Benjamin Fuller of Dublin, and Morgan Thompson of Abbeville; grandmothers: Patricia Nelms Dixon of Dublin and Ethel Thompson of Cordele along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Brad is also survived by his caregivers, Yolanda Harris, Jamal Miller, and David Berry, all of Valdosta and former caregiver, T.J. Rewis of Valdosta. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gene Dixon and Ronnie Thompson; and his great-grandparents: Marvin & Ellene Dixon and Billy & Obie Nelms.
