Babcock, Alan, 69, of Louisville KY passed away Monday, April 2nd 2018.
Alan was born in Peoria, IL and moved to Kentucky in 1980. He retired from Jefferson County Board of Education as an Electronics Technician.
He also worked side by side with his wife of 34 years, Rue Ann Babcock at Ballard and Tronzo Tax Service.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Peggy and Glen Babcock of Peoria, IL; and his brother, Dave Babcock.
He is survived by his wife, Rue Ann; children, Peggy and Deanna; stepson, Larry Ballard; and grandsons, Rowan Bardin (Peggy Babcock), Chris, Sean, and Trey Ballard; four great grandchildren, as well as a host of friends.
Memorial service will be held at 2pm Saturday, April 7, 2018, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
