Suddenly on March 30, 2018 John “Jack” A. Wisenauer, Jr beloved son of the late John A. and Jeanne Spencer Wisenauer, Sr., loving brother of Bonnie Zentz (Richard), and Howard Crise. Dear uncle of Tyler and Daniel Zentz. Former husband of Carol Fischer.
Jack worked at the Johns Hopkins Asthma and Allergy Center as Laboratory Supervisor for the Johns Hopkins University Dermatology, Allergy and Clinical Immunology (DACI) Reference Laboratory. He excelled in this position and loved his work, being an employee of JHU for nearly 36 years. Jack enjoyed reading, family gatherings, and the companionship of close friends, as well as the many dogs he adopted over the years. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
A Gathering for Jack will be held at The Johnson-Fosbrink Funeral Home, P.A. 8521 Loch Raven Blvd. (beltway exit 29-B) on Saturday, April 21st, from 11 to 11:30 A.M. followed by a Sharing of Memories from 11:30 to 12 Noon. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Baltimore Humane Society, 1601 Nicodemus Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136.
