Obituary

Worcester – Keith M. Bernard, 47, of Worcester, passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, March 31st.
Keith is survived by his mother, Paulette (Garry) Beaudin and her husband, Robert of Spencer who was his stepfather and confidant; his sister, Karen Barszcz of Auburn; his longtime partner, Tricia Creamer of Plymouth, Maine; his maternal pépère and godfather, Raymond Garry of Auburn; his step mother, Karen Bernard of Spencer; his two “Bro’s” Chad Bernard and Matt Bernard both of Spencer; two nephews, Zackery and Jacob Barszcz and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Keith was born in Worcester, son of the late, Raymond Paul Bernard and attended South High School.
Keith worked for many years in the automotive industry, most recently for Gardner Automotive. He previously worked as the manager for Fiore Truck Sales and Quinsigamond Automotive as a sales manager.
Keith was a talented musician and bass player, he was a founding member of the band “Dr. Bewkenheimer” that played at many local venues throughout the 1990’s. You could always find him jamming with his best friend Jamie & Dan and recording their own original songs. Keith’s passion may have been music but he was the happiest when he was spending time with his longtime partner, Trish. He could often be found riding his Harley or kayaking and visiting his family here and Trish’s family in Maine. Keith truly loved being with his family and he always cherished a good home cooked meal by his mother.
A funeral will be held on Friday, April 6th from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. with a Mass at 11 AM in St. Aloysius – St. Jude Church 489 Pleasant Street Leicester. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 5th from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home. Memorial contributions in memory of Keith may be made to Worcester Animal Rescue League 139 Holden Street Worcester, MA 01606.
