Dawna M. (Dillon) Rogers, 85, of Tiverton, a retired security guard and Raytheon Co. employee in Portsmouth, died on Friday, March 30, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Manor. She was the wife of the late Joseph W. Rogers.
Mrs. Rogers was born in Milo, ME, daughter of the late Donald E. Dillon and the late Stella (Stanchfield) Cavaca and had lived in Hartford, CT during the war years. She moved to Tiverton in 1949. She was a member and Worthy Matron of Eastern Star, a Mayflower descendant from James Chilton and a member of the Mayflower Society. She enjoyed book collecting and researching family history.
Survivors include her son: Sean M. Lewis and his wife Ann of Tiverton; her 2 daughters: Linda M. Bouman and her husband Peter of Ewing, NJ and Heather A. Lewis and her partner Kevin Dean of Portsmouth; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Douglas Kevin Lewis and Donald Lindsay Lewis.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
