Constance “Connie” Goldsworthy
Retired Tewksbury Teacher

TEWKSBURY: Constance Y. (Turlo) Goldsworthy, age 83, a resident of Tewksbury for 52 years, passed away at Lowell General Hospital-Saints Campus on Saturday, March 31, 2018.

She was the beloved wife of Philip R. Goldsworthy, who passed away on November 1, 2007.

Born in Peabody on November 19, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Joseph L. Turlo and the late Marie B. (Claveau) Turlo.

Connie was raised in Beverly, attended local schools and graduated from Beverly High School.

Following high school, she attended Salem State University, where she received her B.A. and M.A. Degrees in Education.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a Teacher for the Tewksbury Public Schools. Connie previously worked as a teacher for the Beverly Public Schools.

Connie enjoyed reading, attending movies and theatre with friends, and especially enjoyed spending time spent with her grandson who she adored.

Connie is survived by her four children, Gretchen M. Goldsworthy, Kirk F., Craig P. and his wife Andrea, and Dean R. Goldsworthy; her grandson, Alexander Goldsworthy.

Calling hours are Thursday, April 5, from 4-8 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 6, at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment to follow at West Parish Cemetery, Andover. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Dan Hole Pond Watershed Trust, PO Box 8, Center Ossipee, NH 03814-0008.
