STEEP FALLS- Saldra “Grammy Sally” A. Miner, age 82, passed away on Friday March 30, 2018 at her home, surrounded by family.
She was born in Standish on Oct. 30, 1935, a child of the late Stanwood and Eleanor (Fogg) Nelson.
Over the years she worked for companies such as UNUM, Conwall Industries, Claristat, and All Points Travel.
Saldra will always be remembered as loving family orientated woman. She enjoyed going to the Fryeburg Fair and loved fireworks!
She is predeceased by her husband- Donald H. Miner Jr.; children- Jeffery Miner, Peter Miner, and Wanda Westberry; and a grandson- Aaron H. Hartley.
Saldra is survived by her children- Michael Miner and his wife Cindy of China, ME, Brenda Abbott and her husband J.R. of Steep Falls, and Donald K. Miner of Steep Falls; brothers- Gary Nelson and his wife Bobbi of Hollis Ctr., and Gordon Nelson and his wife Kim of Steep Falls; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; a large extended family; and many more loved ones.
